Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model), including the design, implementation, and maintenance in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with Application Portfolio and Service Portfolio concepts.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes and standards for CMDB/CSDM management.
  • Identify root causes for issues and incorporate findings into process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with analysts, vendors, IT incident management participants, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to convey technical concepts to all levels of IT staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ServiceNow users on CSDM-related topics, including CI management and data governance.
Desirable Skills:
  • Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow CMDB Administrator.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and integration with CMDB.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
