Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning (Aura & LWC)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Client Boomi)
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, platform architecture & data model
- Knowledge of DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with integrations (Heroku, ETL, CPQ, Marketing Automation, BI, etc.)
- Salesforce Developer & Advanced Developer certifications required; App Builder & others are a plus
- Excellent communication skills (clear expression, audience understanding, active listening)
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development & implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, architects to gather & translate requirements
- Design and build custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, APIs
- Manage full lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment, documentation
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Knowledge of CI/CD deployment process
- Hands-on with version control (Git, VS Code, Bitbucket)
- Strong Apex coding with LWC, dynamic forms & integration patterns
- Strong debugging skills using Data Loader & Salesforce Inspector
- Ability to write robust unit test classes ensuring code quality
- Follow Salesforce best practices (secure, scalable, maintainable code)
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases & platform monitoring
- Knowledge of ALM tools is a plus
- Develop & maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC for business logic (data sync, updates, UI actions)
- Manage and extend data model (custom objects & fields)
- Build and debug automation (Flows, triggers, external system updates, SF sync)
- Develop UI (custom buttons, pop-ups, dynamic forms)
- Troubleshoot issues (data sync, conflicting IDs, UI, custom logic)
- Write test classes with proper coverage for reliability and stability
