Essential Job Functions:

Team Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Identify Service Line team, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.

Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with the Identify Service Line Manager and other stakeholders to report on progress, challenges, and next steps.

Threat Surveillance Oversight:
- Ensure the effective execution of Threat Surveillance activities, including inventory management, brand surveillance, leak surveillance, and third-party surveillance.

Malware Analysis Coordination:
- Supervise the analysis of suspicious files or tools in a controlled environment, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of findings.

Cyber Threat Intelligence:
- Facilitate the collection and analysis of threat intelligence, focusing on emerging threats, attacker activities, and strategic insights for decision-makers.

Critical Issue Management:
- Handle important or critical topics directly, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

Performance Reporting:
- Produce and communicate monthly KPIs on each activity to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Development Strategy Contribution:
- Contribute to the development strategy of the Identify Service Line, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
