DIRECTOR - Portfolio Manager – Equities (Discretionary)

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage discretionary equity portfolios
• Define and drive investment strategy & allocation
• Lead model portfolio construction
• Take ownership of portfolio performance
• Engage directly with HNI/UHNI clients
• Partner with business teams for growth & AUM expansion
• Lead investment committee participation
• Ensure regulatory & risk compliance
  
  

MUST HAVE 

• 12-15+ years experience
• Proven track record in Portfolio Management (PMS/AIF)
• Strong expertise in Indian equity markets
• Experience managing client portfolios independently
• Strong decision-making & investment conviction
• Client interaction experience
