Profile: HR Manager-Textile-Surat-8.4 LPA

Experience: 

• Minimum 7 Years of HR experience
• Textile Mill experience is mandatory
• Experience in dyeing, printing, processing, or textile manufacturing industry preferred
• Experience managing HR operations and team handling

Salary Range: 75k to 80k

Roles: 

• Manage overall HR operations for the textile dyeing and printing mill.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Lead and supervise a team of 4 HR Executives.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for plant and staff hiring.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain contractor compliance and labour records.
• Implement HR policies and ensure smooth factory HR operations.
• Support management in workforce planning and manpower management.
• Ensure smooth communication between workers, staff, and management.

Qualification: 

• Graduate or Post Graduate in:
  • Human Resources
  • Personnel Management
  • Business Administration
  • Labour Laws
• MBA HR preferred
