Profile: Interior Designer-Architecture-Surat-4.2 LPA

Experience: 

• Minimum 3-4 Years experience in:
  • Interior Designing
  • Site Execution
  • Project Coordination
  • Client Handling
• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects preferred

Salary Range: 30k to 35k

Roles: 

• Develop creative interior concepts and space planning solutions.
• Prepare concept designs, mood boards, material boards, and presentations.
• Create 2D drawings, working drawings, detailing, and layout plans.
• Design residential, commercial, office, hospitality, and luxury interior spaces.
• Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, electrical layouts, and flooring plans.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and suppliers.
• Ensure execution as per approved designs and quality standards.
• Handle site issues and provide practical design solutions.
• Attend client meetings and present design concepts professionally.
• Manage project timelines, BOQ, estimation, budgeting, and material planning.
• Independently manage multiple interior projects from concept to execution.

Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design
• Diploma in Interior Design
• Architecture or related design qualification preferred
