Senior Product Designer
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in India.
This role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, high-impact product experiences across complex fleet and operations management systems used by thousands of businesses worldwide. You will work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering to deeply understand user challenges and translate them into elegant, scalable solutions. The environment is highly collaborative, data-informed, and fast-paced, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and experimentation. You will own end-to-end design initiatives, from early discovery and ideation through to final execution and iteration. The role requires strong systems thinking as you help evolve and maintain cohesive design standards across multiple product surfaces. You will also contribute to design strategy while mentoring peers and influencing product direction through craft and storytelling.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end product design work from discovery and concept development through execution, launch, and iteration
- Conduct user research and leverage data insights to understand customer pain points and identify product opportunities
- Define, validate, and prioritize key user journeys, workflows, and interaction models in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and detailed documentation to clearly communicate design intent
- Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and seamless user experience
- Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and quality across products
- Present design concepts and vision clearly through storytelling, presentations, and stakeholder communication
- Mentor other designers and help strengthen the overall design culture and practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product, interaction, or interface design across web and/or mobile platforms
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional design projects from concept to delivery
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, problem-solving skills, and high-quality design execution
- Experience building or working with design systems, frameworks, and scalable UI patterns
- Proficiency in design tools, prototyping, and documentation practices
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing, evolving product environments and navigate ambiguity effectively
