Manager, Finance Center of Excellence (COE)

As Manager, Finance COE, this role will build and lead Tenstorrent's Bangalore finance hub from the ground up while serving as India Country Controller. Starting with entity accounting and close operations, this role will expand over time to include management reporting, data quality, and AI-driven finance automation-creating a scalable finance engine for a fast-growing global company.

This role is hybrid, based out of Bengaluru, India.

Who You Are

• Experienced finance leader with a builder's mindset and a track record of standing up teams, processes, and controls from scratch.
• Strong people manager who develops talent, sets a high bar, and creates a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Comfortable navigating complexity across global entities, multiple accounting standards, and evolving business needs.
• Curious about technology and excited to apply AI and automation to modernize core finance operations.

What We Need

• Ownership of entity accounting, close processes, statutory compliance, and audit support for global subsidiaries.
• Leadership of a growing Bangalore-based team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Development of scalable SOPs, controls, and data quality frameworks that ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Expansion of the COE to support management reporting, AI agent oversight, and finance automation initiatives.
