We are seeking a Distinguished Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a minimum of ?10 years
of progressive experience to provide technical vision, strategic design, and hands-on
engineering excellence for our global, enterprise-scale virtualization and hybrid cloud
environment. This is a top-tier role for a SUPER Administrator—someone who is not only an
expert in Citrix and supporting infrastructure but is also a proven leader in Cloud Architecture
(AWS/GCP/Azure), automation, and performance at a massive scale.
The ideal candidate will move beyond daily operations to lead automation efforts, align with
global standards, and act as the ultimate Level 3/4 escalation point for the most complex
system-wide challenges.
Advanced Knowledge & Technical Deep Dive
Deep-Level OS Expertise: Expert knowledge of Windows Server (2016+) internals,
optimization for VDI, and Linux OS in a virtualized context.
Identity & Policy: Definitive expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy
(GPO), FSLogix/Roaming Profiles, and advanced troubleshooting of logon/session
performance bottlenecks.
Network & Protocol SME: Mastery of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and specialized protocols
like Citrix HDX, ICA/RDP.
Storage & IOPS: Proven ability to architect storage solutions (AWS FSX) and optimize
IOPS for high-density VDI/RDSH deployments.
Monitoring & SRE: Experience implementing and operating Site Reliability
Engineering (SRE) principles, advanced monitoring, logging, and performance reporting
practices to proactively ensure service health.
Change/Process: Expert-level command of ITIL v4-based Change, Incident, and
Problem Management, with experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for high
severity incidents.
