Provides end-to-end sales support for the Banking organization. Delivers contract and order management. Coordinates between relevant internal and external parties and ensures timely and accurate execution of sales (lead-to-order) and, especially, delivery (order-to-cash) processes. Executes global standards and practices at the local level.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Sales Support Banking.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Supports Sales proposal development, demand forecasting, solution pricing, contract management and delivery and associated monitoring processes.
  • Contributes to contract development and execution, ensuring necessary approvals and timely distribution to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serves as subject matter expert, engaging with Sales Operations team members, allied teams, product and program stakeholders, suppliers and customers to ensure understanding and resolution of process, administrative and other issues.
  • Ensures correct and proper management of customer orders (sales and related purchase orders) in cooperation with GBS.
  • Coordinates solution delivery with all relevant parties, ensuring prompt and regular customer communication.
  • Contributes to the development, maintenance and distribution of accurate demand forecasts to all relevant parties.
  • Provides funnel management support for central Sales Operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and reporting requirements.
  • Provides and / or ensures monthly routines and reporting for Sales Operations management.
  • Assists with development and implementation of Sales Operations process improvements.
  • Serve as mentor to entry level associates.
