Plant HR Business Partner

About this Position

To serve as a strategic HR leader and transformation enabler within the manufacturing plant, aligning HR initiatives with Henkel's global strategy. The HRBP will lead the implementation of the People Capability Program, drive cultural transformation, workforce development, and operational excellence, ensuring the plant is future-ready and aligned with Henkel's standards.

What youll do

1. Leadthe People Capability Program, focusing on:
Functional competencies for shop floor andleadership roles
Transformational Leadership throughLeadership Commitments and ASPIRE Behaviours.
Team Effectiveness via High Performing Teamsprograms for both leaders and operators
Coordinatelearning journeys using the 70-20-10 development model
Ensurelocal adaptation and language support for training and facilitation
Monitordeployment, collect feedback, and continuously improve program effectiveness

2.Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Development & Upskilling
