To strengthen structured engagement between ITIs and industry, and translate employer and labour market insights into stronger learner transition pathways by shaping career systems, engaging employer ecosystems, and translating labour market insights into program, design, and implementation inputs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

This role moves beyond placements to focus on quality of work, diverse pathways, and stronger transition systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

1) Pathways Design & Strategy<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

  • Shape and strengthen multiple transition pathways: jobs, green pathways, self\-employment, apprenticeships, emerging sectors, Gig jobs and informal sector work<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Contribute to defining: quality of jobs frameworks, meaningful work indicators, progression thinking<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Use insights from the field to suggest new pathway models<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    2) Industry Engagement & Ecosystem Building<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    Develop and strengthen structured engagement between ITIs and employers to improve training relevance and learner transitions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Develop a strong understanding of <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>local labour markets and sector demand<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

    • Identify <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>growth sectors, emerging occupations, and skill requirements<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Translate employer insights into <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>inputs for training relevance and pathway design<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>

      Industry Partnerships<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Build relationships across different employer segments:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
