Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) applications and modules. You will play a key role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform, optimizing service delivery, and supporting business requirements through automation and integration.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform using best practices.
- Customize and configure core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and CMDB.
- Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and scheduled jobs.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and change management for all development efforts.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and evaluate new features for potential use.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer, primarily focused on ITSM.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.
- Proficient in creating complex ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- Experience with integration using web services (REST, SOAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
