ESaaS - SFDC - Project Management - Implementation & Transformation Services Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions. This role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle-from planning and design to execution and closure-ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably with Salesforce.
• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment strategies.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to closure, including integration and implementation.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues or conflicts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and design principles.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.
• Train and support users on Salesforce features and functionalities.
