Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Commission Operations Manager to support the operational backbone of our global commission processes.
  • This role will be responsible for managing commission cycle operations, data workflows, process coordination, and supporting ongoing improvements to our commission infrastructure across Power BI and Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail, operational discipline, basic systems understanding, and structured execution to ensure our commission processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time across ~350 employees globally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Commission Cycle Operations
  • Support the end-to-end quarterly commission cycle (data preparation, validation, calculations, and final outputs).
  • Execute commission calculations based on predefined logic and guidelines.
  • Track and manage all required inputs from regional managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of all steps within the commission cycle (approx. 20-day process).
  • Maintain structured documentation of calculations, assumptions, and outputs.

  1. CRM & Data Operations
  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Perform bulk data updates and ensure data accuracy across commission-related fields.
  • Maintain clean and structured datasets to support reliable commission calculations.

  1. Process Management & Coordination
  • Manage workflows and timelines across the commission cycle.
  • Coordinate with Sales, CSM, and regional managers to collect inputs and resolve gaps.
  • Track approvals, exceptions, and required adjustments.
  • Act as a central operational point for commission-related requests and follow-ups.

  1. Commission Communication Process Managing
  • Prepare individual employee views and manager-level summaries.
  • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all communication files.
  • Support distribution of results and handle basic inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Assist on building and maintaining structured commission payout files (Excel-based).

  1. Tooling & Process Improvement
  • Support ongoing improvements to commission workflows and tools.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate manual processes.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving integrations between Salesforce, Looker, and commission files.
  • Document processes and build simple SOPs to improve scalability and consistency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles.
  • Experience working with Salesforce (reporting, data handling - not admin-level required).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) - basic usage is sufficient.
  • Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, structured models, high attention to detail).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a structured environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to respond clearly to stakeholders).
  • Experience supporting commission or incentive processes - a strong advantage.
