Role:Senior Engineer (Perl)
Experience:3+
Location: Kochi / Bangalore
We have this crazy, thrill-seeking goal to revolutionize banking, through an open architecture built natively for the next-generation of serverless, cloud-based technologies, providing financial customers infinite scalability, availability, and transparency.
Responsibilities:
• Coding and system design to support the platform • Update / create technical documentation based on project need • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product features, and schedules • Has a mind towards innovation
Skills:
• Proven proficiency at a very high level in JavaScript and TypeScript running on Node.js • Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS is required) • Strong experience with SQL, MySQL or NoSQL database design and implementation • Strong understanding of REST API's, micro-services and serverless technologies • Experience working in an agile development environment and within a small but nimble scrum team • Comfortable estimating system features at a high or low level. • Proven ability to lead delivery of complex features. • Considered an expert by peers and is recognized by their contributions. • Possesses knowledge across various verticals of engineering.
Experience:
• Experience working with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), C++, Java, HTML, and Perl. • Experience working in Angular, React Native, and Node.JS frameworks • Exposure to Jira, Bitbucket, and GIT • Experience working in an agile methodology • Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming • A working understanding of Test Driven Development and CI/CD best practices • AWS experience, a plus • Hands-on development with financial platforms, a plus.
