Roles & responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for a Proposal & Engagement Innovation Team Member to strengthen our team . is tThe ideal candidate is curious and enjoy working at the intersection of audit, visualisation, technology enablement and storytelling. The concrete responsibility of the role is hands-on preparation of collateral for use in proposals. This includes creating and tailoring client -specific slideware, video -based or live demos, microsites, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Core Engagement & Proposal Support Activities
Support global/regional accounts proposal and engagement teams by tailoring and creating client stories, demos, and presentation materials, such as:
- Power BI dashboards and visualisations
- Preparation and validation of demo datasets, including basic checks for accounting consistency and reasonableness.
- Build out demo and proposal platforms (e.g. web portals, demo environments) through content updates, review, and testing.
Research, analyse and summarise client information from various sources such as annual reports, filings, data providers and other public sources for proposal use.
Draft materials in collaboration with leaders that deliver a clear message and story regarding the KPMG Digital Audit and Assurance approach including:
- Why KPMG
- Clear and impactful client value messages
- How technology enhances audit quality and execution
- What are KPMG solutions and how they support audit and assurance judgements
- How ESG considerations are embedded in audit approaches
- How KPMG supports clients in their transformation journey through regulatory and accounting change
Collaboration & Delivery Support
Work closely with senior proposal specialists, audit solution leads, and technology teams.
Act as a bridge between audit concepts and visual/demo outputs, ensuring clarity and credibility.
Being pro-active and be responsive to feedback.

This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Work experience
5+ Years of Experience
1-2 years of relevant professional experience in audit, accounting, or audit related support roles

Mandatory technical & functional skills
Good understanding of:
o Financial reporting standards (IFRS/US GAAP, or other)
o Audit standards, activities and processes
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Comfortable working with structured financial and non financial data
Interest in audit innovation, data & analytics, AI, and automation in professional services
