We are seeking a Strategic HR Manager to drive people strategy in alignment with overall business goals within a growing organization in the construction and building materials sector. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations and focuses on building a high-performing workforce through strategic planning, talent development, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with leadership to shape organizational structure, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enhance employee productivity and engagement.

As a key partner to business leaders, you will play a critical role in scaling the organization by implementing forward-thinking HR practices. The position requires a strong blend of business acumen and HR expertise, with a focus on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational development. You will also lead change initiatives and ensure that HR strategies support both immediate business needs and long-term growth.

This role is ideal for professionals who are proactive, analytical, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders while building a strong and sustainable people framework.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership teams to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance productivity and accountability
  • Design and drive talent acquisition strategies for critical and leadership roles
  • Build and execute employee engagement, retention, and culture development initiatives
  • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to drive informed, data-backed decisions
  • Lead and support change management initiatives during periods of growth or transformation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws while maintaining flexibility for business needs
  • Develop leadership development programs to build strong internal talent pipelines

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5-10 years of HR experience, including at least 2-3 years in a strategic or business-partnering role
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning
  • Experience using HR analytics and data to influence decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with high ownership
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred
