We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive who is enthusiastic about sales and has a solid background in SaaS sales, along with a good understanding of the finance sector. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation abilities and a strong motivation to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to boost the company's revenue growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients thoroughly to understand their needs, and effectively present our solutions to meet those requirements.
  • High-Value Client Acquisition: Successfully close high-revenue deals by engaging with and securing contracts from major, high-value clients.
  • High Accountability: Take full responsibility for managing client relationships and go above and beyond to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to spot opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure sales efforts are aligned with company objectives and customer demands.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and convincingly.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development.
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Freshsales, LeadSquared, and similar tools.
  • A passion for sales and a self-motivated attitude.
