Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Operations & Performance executive to power our global demand engine and support the goal of generating SQLs. This role owns marketing systems, automation, performance tracking, CRM and email workflows, and SEO/AEO execution to ensure scalable and measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

I. CRM & Funnel Operations

  1. Own CRM lifecycle management (MQL - Demo - SQL)
  2. Lead scoring, routing, and workflow automation
  3. Ensure clean data, accurate attribution and reporting
  4. Build dashboards tracking SQLs and Pipeline by region

II. Email Automation & Nurture Execution

  1. Design and manage automated nurture journeys
  2. Build trigger-based workflows aligned with ABM & outbound
  3. Optimize email performance
  4. Ensure alignment between marketing automation and BDR sequences

III. ABM & Intent Data Operation

  1. Manage ABM and intent tools
  2. Build account scoring models
  3. Identify high-intent accounts for sales activation
  4. Sync engagement signals with CRM for visibility

IV. Paid & Digital Performance Tracking

  1. Track campaign performance across LinkedIn, Google & retargeting
  2. Monitor CPL, CPQL, Cost per SQL, and CAC
  3. Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
  4. Ensure regional performance visibility (US vs Rest of the World)

V. Website, SEO & AEO

  1. Own GA4 and website analytics
  2. Optimize landing pages and conversion flows
  3. Execute technical and on-page SEO
  4. Implement AEO strategy for AI-driven search visibility
  5. Track Organize traffic contribution to pipeline

VI. Success Metrics

  • Accurate funnel reporting and attribution
  • Improved conversion rates across lifecycle stages
  • Reduced cost per SQL
  • High-performing email automation engine
  • Measurable organic pipeline contribution
  • Clean CRM and scalable marketing infrastructure

Requirements:

  1. 4-6 years in marketing operations / performance marketing
  2. Strong CRM expertise (salesforce, Zoho or similar)
  3. Hands-on experience with ABM and intent platforms
  4. Experience with email automation platforms
  5. Proficient in GA4, paid media tracking, SEO and AEO
  6. Strong analytical and reporting skills
