**Own a full-funnel demand generation across channels

Digital & Growth Marketing

Organic

    1. SEO driven Content Strategy
    2. Build LinkedIn Thought Leadership Engine
    3. Launch gated assets (report, whitepapers, tools)
    4. Optimize website conversion flow
    5. Create landing pages for high-intent lead generation campaigns

Paid

    1. Own LinkedIn ads, Google ads and retargeting campaigns
    2. Build ICP Focused Campaigns
    3. Optimize for SQLs (not vanity metrics)
    4. Run A/B tests across creatives and messaging
    5. Track customer acquisition cost and pipeline ROI

ABM
Design and execute targeted campaigns for high-value accounts.

  1. Define Tier 1, 2, 3 accounts with Sales
  2. Build personalized messaging for CISOs / CTOs / decision-makers
  3. Execute multi-touch ABM campaigns (LinkedIn + email + gifting + content)
  4. Use tools like Sales Navigator, Outplay, Demandbase, etc.
  5. Partner with Sales to convert engagement into meetings

Goal: Drive high-quality, high-intent meetings from strategic accounts.

BDR Activities & Outbound Acceleration

Work Closely with BDRs to convert marketing intent into sales conversations.

  1. Design outbound messaging frameworks
  2. Create sequences for cold outreach
  3. Build trigger-based outreach campaigns
  4. Enable BDRs with:
    1. Target lists
    2. Personalization assets
    3. Case studies
    4. Industry-specific messaging

**This role ensures outbound is not "spray and pray" but data-backed and strategic.
