Digital & Growth Marketing
Organic
- SEO driven Content Strategy
- Build LinkedIn Thought Leadership Engine
- Launch gated assets (report, whitepapers, tools)
- Optimize website conversion flow
- Create landing pages for high-intent lead generation campaigns
Paid
- Own LinkedIn ads, Google ads and retargeting campaigns
- Build ICP Focused Campaigns
- Optimize for SQLs (not vanity metrics)
- Run A/B tests across creatives and messaging
- Track customer acquisition cost and pipeline ROI
ABM
Design and execute targeted campaigns for high-value accounts.
- Define Tier 1, 2, 3 accounts with Sales
- Build personalized messaging for CISOs / CTOs / decision-makers
- Execute multi-touch ABM campaigns (LinkedIn + email + gifting + content)
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Outplay, Demandbase, etc.
- Partner with Sales to convert engagement into meetings
Goal: Drive high-quality, high-intent meetings from strategic accounts.
BDR Activities & Outbound Acceleration
Work Closely with BDRs to convert marketing intent into sales conversations.
- Design outbound messaging frameworks
- Create sequences for cold outreach
- Build trigger-based outreach campaigns
- Enable BDRs with:
- Target lists
- Personalization assets
- Case studies
- Industry-specific messaging
**This role ensures outbound is not "spray and pray" but data-backed and strategic.
