\n The duties are categorized into three main areas: Academic assistance, Studio Operations &

\n I. Academic Planning & Assistance

\n Teaching\/Instructional Support: Conduct practical classes, workshops, and lab

\n sessions as required, focusing on media production equipment, software, and
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n techniques (e.g., camera operation, lighting, audio recording, editing).
\n <\/div>\n

\n Faculty Assistance: Provide comprehensive technical and logistical assistance to
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n faculty members during lecture, theory, and practical classes.
\n <\/div>\n

\n Student Project Support: Offer expert technical guidance, assistance, and
\n <\/div>\n

\n resources to students undertaking academic projects, dissertations, and assignments

\n II. Studio Operations & Maintenance

\n Equipment Management: Perform routine and preventative maintenance, calibration,

\n and troubleshooting of all Inspiria studio equipment, including cameras, audio gear,
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n lighting systems, and computing hardware. Ensure all equipment is organized,
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n inventoried, and in functional condition.
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n Recording Support: Act as a key crew member (e.g., Camera Operator, Audio
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n Engineer, Lighting Assistant) to assist with video shooting and audio recording sessions
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n for college\-related content.
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n Post\-Production: Execute the complete post\-production workflow for college
\n <\/div>\n
\n <\/div>\n
\n content, including major outputs like Inspiria TV.

\n Specialized Content Production: Execute video shoot and post\-production for

\n various specialized formats, including Podcasts, talk shows, Demo classes,

\n III. Event & Administrative Support

\n Event Coverage: Actively assist the video coverage team by shooting and\/or editing

\n content for events held both inside and outside of the college campus.

\n Documentation\/Admin: Generate and manage certificates for various departments as

\n <\/div>\n \n Technical Proficiency: Mandatory and high proficiency in the Adobe Creative
\n <\/div>\n \n Cloud suite, specifically:
\n <\/div>\n \n Adobe Photoshop
\n <\/div>\n \n Adobe Lightroom
\n <\/div>\n \n Adobe Premiere Pro
\n <\/div>\n \n Adobe After Effects,etc.,
