Key Responsibilities<\/span>

  • Teach core and elective courses in Marketing Management at undergraduate and\/or postgraduate levels.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, assignments, and practical sessions aligned with the academic curriculum.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Enhance the learning experience through innovative teaching methodologies, including multimedia tools, digital platforms, and experiential learning techniques.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Plan and prepare course materials in advance, including lecture schedules, topics, assessments, assignments, and presentations.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Conduct tests, evaluations, and academic assessments in accordance with institutional guidelines.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research activities, and career development.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Participate in curriculum development, academic research, and departmental initiatives.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Contribute actively to institutional events, seminars, workshops, conferences, and student activities.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Support the institution in administrative and academic responsibilities as assigned by the management.<\/span>

    Required Skills & Competencies<\/span>

    • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized academic institution.<\/span>

    • Strong subject expertise in Marketing Management.<\/span>
      <\/h3><\/li>\n
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.<\/span>
      <\/h3><\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities.<\/span>
      <\/h3><\/li>\n
    • Ability to engage students through interactive and technology\-enabled teaching methods.<\/span>
      <\/h3><\/li>\n
    • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to academic and institutional growth.Demonstrated leadership qualities and professional ethics.<\/span>

    • Experience in research publications, case writing, or industry engagement will be an added advantage.<\/span>
