What You Will Be Doing
- Track variable compensation changes and update systems accordingly
- Setup, activate, terminate new employees in Xactly
- Maintain Quotas, Variables
- Create and distribute Sales Compensation Plans to all sales employees
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accurate commissions are paid out monthly
- Submit monthly payroll for North America and Europe sales teams
- Work with vendor to resolve errors
- Updates Compensation training tools and policy documents
- Draft, complete, and implement the Sales compensation plans, quotas, and management by objectives.
- Complete monthly compensation reconciliation process and quarterly bonus payouts.
- Support annual compensation review and planning process
- Assist with the development and rollout of communication plan of compensation programs
- Partner with Order Operations and Sales Support to reconcile, correct, and verify payable opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of sales compensation experience
- Experience working with Xactly A MUST
- Experience working with sales teams
- Team player and self-motivated
- Clearly communicates & set expectations
- Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge to be able to interpret data and make recommendations (pivot tables, vlookup, Nested IF statements, etc)
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quickly
- Ability to articulate needs for process improvements
