Sales Compensation Analyst (6 months contract role)

Manager, Sales Compensation

What You Will Be Doing

  • Track variable compensation changes and update systems accordingly
  • Setup, activate, terminate new employees in Xactly
  • Maintain Quotas, Variables
  • Create and distribute Sales Compensation Plans to all sales employees
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accurate commissions are paid out monthly
  • Submit monthly payroll for North America and Europe sales teams
  • Work with vendor to resolve errors
  • Updates Compensation training tools and policy documents
  • Draft, complete, and implement the Sales compensation plans, quotas, and management by objectives.
  • Complete monthly compensation reconciliation process and quarterly bonus payouts.
  • Support annual compensation review and planning process
  • Assist with the development and rollout of communication plan of compensation programs
  • Partner with Order Operations and Sales Support to reconcile, correct, and verify payable opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of sales compensation experience
  • Experience working with Xactly A MUST
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Clearly communicates & set expectations
  • Demonstrates highest level of detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge to be able to interpret data and make recommendations (pivot tables, vlookup, Nested IF statements, etc)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Displays excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quickly
  • Ability to articulate needs for process improvements
