The project:

This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies, contract selection, and reporting to support robust project foundations.
• Lead estimating and cost planning activities, taking ownership of final cost plans and providing clear financial reporting to clients.
• Manage procurement processes, prepare and execute contract documentation, and advise on contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide valuations, cost control, and reporting services, assessing variations and claims to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement by enhancing systems, processes, and tools, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Embed sustainability and net zero carbon objectives into delivery, proactively managing associated emissions and reductions.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
