Job Description
Desired skills :
1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO. Must know how to close their own calls. Good communication skills in English. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad. Ability to handle customer's issues and provide accurate resolution. Should be flexible working in night shifts.
Freshers/Domestic Bpo candidates are not required.
Salary - Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
Any hs pass/ basic graduation
Additional Information
Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill in English.
Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound can apply for Inbound Tech Support Process.
Candidate must know how to close their own call.
Domestic BPO & fresher candidates are not applicable.
Candidate with age limit 18 - 35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
