Manage the full recruitment cycle for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Allied Roles, Phlebotomist, Lab Technicians, for Travel Contract to Hire and Permanent Job Roles— from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Use sourcing platforms like TNS, Facebook, Juice Box, Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Job Diva, Google X-ray Search and internal databases to find qualified candidates.
- Handle recruitment through various Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), such as Aya Medefis, Fieldglass, and others.
- Manage STP (Send to Provider) processes and offer negotiations to close hires efficiently.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure all compliance documents and requirements were completed.
- Create strategies and plans to help the team reach hiring targets.
- Assign tasks based on each team member's strengths and experience. (Requisition and Clients)
- Monitor and reviewed team performance regularly; provided feedback, coaching, and support.
- Report hiring progress, challenges, and team performance to senior management.
