MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
On-ground prospecting and converting self-generated or centrally allocated leads
Pitching Glory's automation solutions and technology to prospect customers through daily field sales activities
Conducting successful demos and POCs
Negotiating commercials, close deals on-field
Handholding customers during early usage cycle
Completing necessary customer onboarding KYC and formalities
Ensure Funnel hygiene and maintain high daily call & visit productivity
Achieve monthly revenue and acquisition targets
Maintain customer relationships and drive upsell
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
Graduate from a reputed institution
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
4-6 years of Field Sales experience in the Payments Technology space
Proven track record and strong deal closing capability
Ability to sell Tech-led solutions
Familiarity with Retail ecosystems and complexities
Highly self-motivated and directed
Hustle oriented approach and comfortable with daily field work
Strong local language proficiency (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Team player, relationship building approach and experience working as a 'business partner'
