Role Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure:

  • Clean and well-structured data

  • Reliable and actionable reporting

  • Automation that reduces operational friction

  • A scalable CRM system that supports business growth

Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Administration
  • User setup, profiles, roles, and permission management

  • Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and data accuracy

  • Create and manage custom fields and objects

  • Optimize page layouts for usability and efficiency

  • Implement validation rules to enforce data quality


2. Automation & Process Optimization

Build, maintain, and optimize:

  • Salesforce Flows

  • Process Builder and Workflow Rules

  • Approval processes

  • Lead routing logic

  • Opportunity stage automation

  • Email alerts and task triggers


3. Reporting & Dashboards
  • Create custom reports for:

    • Pipeline health

    • Sales velocity

    • Conversion rates

    • Campaign attribution

  • Build dashboards for Sales leadership and Marketing teams


4. Integrations
  • Assist in maintaining integrations with:

    • Marketing automation platforms

    • LinkedIn and lead capture tools

    • Email systems

    • Other Go-To-Market (GTM) tools


5. Documentation & Governance
  • Maintain Salesforce system documentation

  • Recommend and enforce best practices

  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements


What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Requirements
  • 0–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience

  • Solid understanding of:

    • Salesforce objects and relationships

    • Validation rules

    • Reports and dashboards

    • Basic Salesforce Flows

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, not mandatory)

  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Good communication and collaboration skills


Good-to-Have
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Understanding of Sales and RevOps processes

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools

  • Basic knowledge of SOQL
