Sales force Administrator
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure:
Clean and well-structured data
Reliable and actionable reporting
Automation that reduces operational friction
A scalable CRM system that supports business growth

Key Responsibilities
User setup, profiles, roles, and permission management
Maintain data hygiene, deduplication, and data accuracy
Create and manage custom fields and objects
Optimize page layouts for usability and efficiency
Implement validation rules to enforce data quality
2. Automation & Process Optimization
Build, maintain, and optimize:
Salesforce Flows
Process Builder and Workflow Rules
Approval processes
Lead routing logic
Opportunity stage automation
Email alerts and task triggers
3. Reporting & Dashboards

Create custom reports for:
Pipeline health
Sales velocity
Conversion rates
Campaign attribution
Build dashboards for Sales leadership and Marketing teams
4. Integrations

Assist in maintaining integrations with:
Marketing automation platforms
LinkedIn and lead capture tools
Email systems
Other Go-To-Market (GTM) tools
5. Documentation & Governance
Maintain Salesforce system documentation
Recommend and enforce best practices
Proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience

Solid understanding of:
Salesforce objects and relationships
Validation rules
Reports and dashboards
Basic Salesforce Flows
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong logical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have
Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
Understanding of Sales and RevOps processes
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Basic knowledge of SOQL
