Key Skills / Exposure -

  • Oracle HCM, SAP HR (Employee Master & Org Data
  • HR Data Integration & Reconciliation
  • MIS & Data Reporting (Excel-based trackers)
  • Crossfunctional coordination (HR, IT, Payroll, Finance)

Oracle & SAP HR Data Integration

  • Coordinate and support employee master data integration between Oracle HCM and SAP HR modules, ensuring data accuracy and timely synchronization for hires, transfers, separations, and organizational changes.
  • Identify, track, and resolve data mismatches or integration gaps (e.g., legal entity, cost center, reporting manager, marital status) impacting payroll, JV posting, and downstream processes.
  • Prepare and share exception files/data extracts with internal teams and implementation partners (e.g., IBM/IT) for pending or failed Oracle-SAP integrations.
  • Act as the HR SPOC for Oracle-SAP HR data issues, coordinating with HR Shared Services, IT, Payroll, and Finance teams for closure.

HR Reports & MIS

  • Prepare, validate, and circulate HR reports and MIS (employee master, transfers, integration status, SAP active data, exception trackers) as and when required by HR, Payroll, Finance, and leadership.
  • Ensure timely availability and accuracy of HR data for audits, payroll processing, JV posting, and management reviews.

Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR Ops, GCC HR, Payroll, Finance/ABEX, IT) and external partners to ensure smooth HR system operations and data compliance.
  • Maintain proper documentation and trackers for data issues, resolutions, and handovers, supporting audit readiness and process transparency.
