• Client Handling (typical cases handling with all the branches if required)

• Issues and exclamation

• Regular monitoring

• Daily Report from Team members and consolidated report to CEO.

• Interacting with marketing team planning and development of leads and walk-ins

• Interacting with marketing team for in house and outdoor campaign presentations

• Regular auditing and quality check (Walk-ins form, reports and call checking)

• Attending seminars of Universities (Collaboration with delegates )

• Updating the all related countries counseling manual (ready records)

• Interacting with new Employee in department and giving training.
