Quality Control Inspector - Battery

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
• Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
• Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
• Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Supervise the production process.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Quality Inspector Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any Equivalent Degree

A minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.

Must Haves:

Quality Analysis Skills, Failure Mode Effective Analysis of Batteries, All skills that are related to Electrical Testing Parameters of Automotive Battery (Testing Parameters),

Knows how to Run the following test

• Capacity (C5 & C20)
• RC
• HRD
• CCA
• Life Cycle Test
• Charge Acceptance Test
• Tear down Analysis
