Position Title: Legal Operations / Contracts Intern
Duration: 90-day internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance
Experience: Fresh graduates only (Candidates still pursuing education are not eligible)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time internship
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM US EST (Night Shift IST, 6:30 pm to 2:30 am IST)
Working Days: Monday to Thursday

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts
• Maintaining legal documentation and records
• Conducting compliance-related research
• Supporting general legal operations

Who Should Apply
• Law graduates with a strong interest in corporate legal operations
• Candidates with prior exposure to contract lifecycle management or compliance (preferred, not mandatory)
• Individuals who are self-driven, responsible, and eager to learn

Requirements
• Completed degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High integrity and attention to detail

Stipend & Compensation
• INR 20,000/month during the 90-day internship
• Based on performance, you may be converted to a full time resource based on business requirements.
