Note: Only candidates who have completed their education and are comfortable with night shifts will be considered.
Position Title: IT Intern – Software Implementation, Integration & Support
Duration: 90-day internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance
Experience: Fresh graduates only (Candidates still pursuing education are not eligible)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time internship
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM US EST (Night Shift IST)
Working Days: Monday to Thursday

Role Overview
This is a hands-on opportunity to work on enterprise software implementation, system integrations, and product support for internal tools. The intern will have an opportunity to become a part of pilot IT department of a startup.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in implementation and rollout of enterprise applications (CRM, ATS, HRMS, Accounting tools, etc.)
• Provide functional and technical user support
• Help document system workflows, issues, and resolutions
• Collaborate with vendors, internal users, and stakeholders to troubleshoot and streamline systems
