As an Associate Manager in the SAP Planning - Delivery department, you will play a crucial role in driving inventory optimization initiatives using SAP IBP. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing advanced planning strategies to ensure efficient supply chain operations and improved service levels. INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
  • Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
  • Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
  • Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Inventory Optimization or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and its application in inventory planning and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, including mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain challenges and best practices, especially in the Indian market.
  • Proficiency in using SAP IBP tools and technologies, including advanced planning and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • Lead and manage SAP IBP Inventory Optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Design and implement SAP IBP solutions to optimize inventory levels and improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and develop effective inventory planning strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored SAP IBP solutions.
  • Mentor and guide a team of SAP IBP consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, and incorporate best practices into project implementations.
  • Document project plans, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and maintain data security and confidentiality.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
