INFORMATION SECURITY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System.
- Take part in information security training and act while handling information.
- Report all suspected security and policy breach to InfoSec team or appropriate authority (CISO).
- Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Inventory Optimization or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and its application in inventory planning and optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience in leading and managing teams, including mentoring and guiding junior consultants.
- Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain challenges and best practices, especially in the Indian market.
- Proficiency in using SAP IBP tools and technologies, including advanced planning and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Lead and manage SAP IBP Inventory Optimization projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Design and implement SAP IBP solutions to optimize inventory levels and improve service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and develop effective inventory planning strategies.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored SAP IBP solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of SAP IBP consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP IBP and supply chain management, and incorporate best practices into project implementations.
- Document project plans, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity within the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
