Team Member-CRCU-SUPPORT SERVICES-Centralised Reconciliation and Controls Unit

As a Team Member in the CRCU department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the bank's financial integrity and accuracy. Your primary focus will be on supporting the team in reconciling and controlling various financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a reconciliation role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Assist in daily reconciliation of accounts and transactions.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies or exceptions in financial data.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of reconciliation activities.

• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to the management.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining effective control procedures.
• Monitor and report on the status of reconciliation processes.
