Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Data Engineering programs across multiple business units.
Manage large-scale AI transformation initiatives involving Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, and MLOps platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, data scientists, ML engineers, and business teams to define project scope, roadmap, and execution strategy.
Drive Agile/Scrum project execution and ensure timely delivery with high quality standards.
Oversee model lifecycle management including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Ensure implementation of scalable MLOps practices for CI/CD, model governance, observability, and automation.
Coordinate with cloud/platform teams for infrastructure planning and deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP environments.
Manage risks, dependencies, resource allocation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Establish project governance frameworks, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and delivery metrics.
Mentor engineering and delivery teams while fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Drive client interactions, executive presentations, status reporting, and solution discussions.
Required Skills
Strong experience in AI/ML project/program management.

Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of ML lifecycle tools and frameworks.

Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, and delivery management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. (BE/B.Tech or MCA)
Exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based enterprise solutions is an added advantage.
Experience working with enterprise clients in large-scale digital transformation programs.
