Job Description*	Client facing role Tech Architect Migration of workloads Tenant to Tenant migrations Familiar with tooling( ) BitTitan - Mailbox & Teams ShareGate - Sharepoint Sites and OneDrive Microsoft 365 Workloads Architect and deliver tenant to tenant migrations for Microsoft 365 workloads Plan and execute cloud to cloud data migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime Perform pre migration discovery, dependency analysis, and risk assessment Define coexistence strategies and cutover models ( wave based, or big bang), Exchange Online Mailbox, archive, shared mailbox, calendar, and distribution group migrations SharePoint Online & OneDrive Migration of SharePoint and One Drive data Microsoft Teams Migration of Teams, channels, chats (where supported), files, apps, and settings Ensure migrations adhere to Microsoft security best practices Collaborate with business leaders, security teams, and project managers Provide technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and migration runbooks Mentor team, and provide design reviews and technical guidance
