Description SAP BASIS Consultant – Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end SAP Basis landscape management, system stability, upgrades, and production support for ECC and S/4HANA environments. Key Responsibilities: • Own SAP Basis operations for DEV–QA–PRD landscapes • Lead SAP installations, upgrades, kernel/SP patches, and system copies • Administer and optimize SAP HANA performance • Monitor systems and resolve critical production issues • Manage transports (STMS/ChaRM) and change controls • Support security, audits, DR, and HA activities • Lead ECC to S/4HANA upgrades/migrations • Mentor team members and act as escalation point Skills Required: • 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience • Strong expertise in S/4HANA & HANA DB • Linux/Unix/Windows OS knowledge • Solution Manager experience • Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills Preferred: • SAP certifications, Cloud/RISE exposure, ITIL knowledge •
