Job Overview:
• Work independently to design, develop, implement, and maintain SAP Finance solutions. Provide solutions which are scalable and follow clean core approach and are operationally stable.
• Strong SAP Finance functional knowledge and ability to work in dynamic, VUCA environment. Hold a B. Tech in computer science, engineering, CA or MBA or related field, with a total experience of 8-12 years in SAP S/4 HANA Finance with at least 7 years of functional design, build, testing, training, and working with high-performing teams.
• The successful candidate will be implementing & integrating finance changes throughout the SAP estate, through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities:
• Work in fast paced environment with business team (end users, Business analysts) in gathering business requirements, solutioning the requirements with standard S4 Finance principles within Record to Report process.
• Should be able to independently write Configuration Rational Document, Functional Specifications, conduct unit test, functional SIT test, provide support during UAT, Regression, drive cutover/migration plan and activities and production deployment.
• Should work collaboratively with Technical Team to provide Functional Specifications, closely work with Technical team to build RICEFW objects.
• Engage with Testing team for creating and testing test scenarios.
• Bring innovative ideas and solutions which can be applied to SAP Roadmap.
• Should be able to Provide L3 support for SAP Finance, resolving end user issues and implementation of changes and minor enhancements
• Modernizing and/or improving SAP Finance solutions through continuous improvement!
Required Skills and Experience:
• 8-12 years of SAP Finance/RTR experience with at least 2 S4 HANA implementation experience.
• Deep SAP Finance experience in SAP S/4 HANA within RTR process.
• Hands on experience in SAP FI -Record to report (GL, Subledger-AP/AR/AA, Journal Entry, Intercompany , Month End Closing, reconciliation, reporting) modules along with working knowledge of CO – Cost Center/Profit center, Internal Orders, reporting.
• Ability to work with Fiori, ABAP consultants to identify right apps, development strategy.
