About The Job:
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Service Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to design, develop, and extend SAP CX solutions.
- The candidate will work on implementing SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions, building custom extensions, integrations, and enhancements, and ensuring seamless connectivity with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce, and third-party platforms.
Essential Job Functions:
SAP Sales & Service Cloud Development
- Design and develop technical solutions for SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (C4C).
- Develop custom business objects, workflows, validations, and UI enhancements.
- Implement ABSL scripting and SDK-based enhancements using SAP Cloud Application Studio.
- Configure and extend service processes such as tickets, service requests, and case management.
- Implement enhancements for sales processes including opportunity management, quotes, and account management.
- Develop PDI (Partner Development Infrastructure) solutions for custom extensions.
SAP BTP Extensions
- Design and implement side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP.
- Develop applications using:
- SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) OR SDK
- Node.js / Java
- Build custom applications and extensions using SAP Fiori/UI5 (Good to Have)
- Utilize SAP BTP services such as:
- SAP Integration Suite (Good to Have)
- API Management
- Destination Service
- Event Mesh
- Cloud Foundry runtime
Integration Development
- Develop and manage integrations between:
- SAP Sales & Service Cloud
- SAP S/4HANA / ECC
- Third-party CRM or service platforms
- Design and implement integrations using:
- SAP CPI / Integration Suite
- REST / SOAP APIs
- OData services
- Implement middleware-based integrations and event-driven architecture where applicable
Qualifications:
- Mandatory Skill: SAP BTB + SAP Cloud + Sales
- Experience: 6–8 Years
