About The Job:
- Network Design & Implementation: Design and deploy company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network configurations to improve speed, reliability, and security.
- Security Management: Implement and manage network security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and encryption to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions:
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, operations, and service records for troubleshooting and audit purposes.
- Collaboration: Work with IT teams to support network infrastructure for new projects and resolve network-related issues across different departments.
- Upgrades & Maintenance: Plan and execute network upgrades, including firmware updates, hardware replacements, and network expansions.
- Compliance: Ensure the network aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Qualifications:
- Experience in network design and implementation (LAN, WAN, wireless)
- Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and security controls
- Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Understanding of network security and compliance standards
- Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
