About The Job:
- The Supply & DRP Planner IV is a senior planning role responsible for developing and managing long-term (24-month) supply, distribution, and production plans.
- Ensures optimal product availability across the network while meeting customer service and operational targets.
- The role focuses on balancing demand and supply by creating robust deployment and production plans.
- Minimizes shortages and excess inventory.
- Drives efficiency across the supply chain.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and manage long-term supply, distribution, and production plans.
- Ensure alignment between demand and supply to meet service targets.
- Create and execute deployment and production planning strategies.
- Minimize inventory shortages and excess stock across the network.
- Collaborate closely with demand managers, manufacturing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support accurate forecasting and effective execution of supply plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure product availability while optimizing operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain planning, DRP, or production planning roles
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage long-term planning horizons and optimize supply-demand balance
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
