BASIC FUNCTION (JOB SUMMARY)
We are seeking a Campaign Manager who will play a vital role in planning, executing, and monitoring various marketing and resource mobilisation campaigns, ensuring objectives are met and strategies are effectively implemented.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven and experienced in managing online marketing efforts, with strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google PPC, landing page optimization, AI-driven marketing tools, and YouTube optimization.
This role involves end-to-end campaign management with a strong focus on performance, conversions, and innovation through AI.
The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, including developing campaign strategies, managing budgets, analyzing data, coordinating events, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance metrics
  • Develop and implement A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and landing pages
  • Leverage AI tools to forecast performance and improve campaign outcomes
  • Utilize RTB and display ad networks for lead generation and brand visibility
2. AI-Driven Marketing
  • Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and AdCreative.ai for high-performing creatives and ad copy
  • Apply predictive analytics platforms (e.g., Albert AI, Pencil) to optimize ad performance
  • Automate audience segmentation and targeting using AI insights
3. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
  • Optimize landing pages using platforms like Unbounce, Instapage, or WordPress
  • Execute CRO initiatives using tools like Hotjar and Google Optimize
  • Ensure landing pages are SEO-optimized and conversion-focused
4. Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and engagement
  • Create dashboards and reports using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio
5. CRM Integration & Funnel Management
  • Integrate CRM tools like LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho with campaigns
  • Develop dashboards to track KPIs and lead funnels for the sales team
  • Generate performance reports aligned with business objectives

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Political Science, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Meta and Google Ads management
  • Proficiency in landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Leadpages, etc.)
  • Experience with AI tools for ad creation and performance analysis
  • Strong analytical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and GA4
  • Knowledge of CRO tools and A/B testing frameworks
  • Hands-on CRM experience (LeadSquared, HubSpot, or Zoho)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in team or volunteer management is a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Certifications: Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot
  • Experience with programmatic advertising (DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for competitor analysis, keyword clustering, and forecasting (e.g., Albert, Pattern89, Celtra)
