We are looking for candidate profiles who has experience in implementing Unified search and conversational chat capabilities using Elastic search and its agentic platform.

Deep understanding of Elastic search platform, designing indexes, data ingestion, semantic, lexical and hybrid search. Search relevance and re-ranking, multi-lingual support
Good experience in vector generation models and light vs dense vector and it's impact on the search relevance
Elastic Agentic capabilities, rags, workflow, tooling and multi agent orchestration.
Has experience working with LLM , and machine learning models.
