About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Manage communication engine and related
- development.
- Understand customer life cycle in Life insurance
- and related regulations.
- Coordinate with all function heads and
- understand current communications.
- Redraft / create communications as per gaps
- identified.
- Create messages and get them approved from
- process HOD, marketing, compliance etc.
- Understand BRDs for development and followup
- with vendor and RNLIC IT for development,
- do UAT and track it for end-to-end closure.
- Create / track project plan for developments related to communication engine
- Good understanding of communication market and regular benchmarking.
Interfaces - Internal
- All teams in Operations
Interfaces - External
Within RNLIC:
- BIU
- Branches
- Sales
Outside RNLIC:
- Call center vendor
Key Performance Indicators / Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of Insurance is mandatory
- Experience in data analysis
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) knowledge is mandatory
- Self-motivated
- Good communication skills and knowledge of impact analysis
- Technical knowledge for tools development
- Good coordination skills with different teams
Qualification Requirement
(Minimum Education, Certifications, etc.)
- Graduate is mandatory
- MBA preferred
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
Relevant Work Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance
- Experience in communication management is mandatory
- Experience in customer service preferred
Language Proficiency
(Languages in which the candidate should be proficient)
- English
- Hindi
