JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Logistics/ Billing Executive
Location : Mumbai
Position Reports to - SCM Manager
Responsibility:
Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage brand operations and oversee end-to-end supply chain activities.
The role involves handling imported inventory from Malaysia and Vietnam, ensuring efficient demand planning and maintaining
optimal stock levels to support business growth.
- Manage and oversee brand-related operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and market positioning
- Handle procurement and coordination of imported goods from Malaysia and Vietnam
- Plan and execute end-to-end supply chain activities, from sourcing to final delivery
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies based on sales trends, forecasts, and market insights
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete stock
- Coordinate with international suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Track shipments, manage documentation, and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply with demand
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements in the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies
Skills/Qualifications:
- Candidates with relevant minimum 3-5 Years
- Experience with e-invoicing , data entry , imports or Demand Planning
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)- Mandatory
- Forecasting skills
- Exposure to ERP systems like SAP
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Graduation (Full time) and PG would be preferable
- We work from Office/Market for 6 Days
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience as a Billing Executive or in a similar role
