Lead UX Designer

Location Details: Gurgaon, hybrid.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you'll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you'll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Design the mobile experience that helps entrepreneurs run and grow their business from their phone. The GoDaddy Mobile App brings together domains, websites, marketing, and customer engagement into one unified experience. As a Lead Product Designer, you will shape high-impact, end-to-end experiences across onboarding, activation, and growth, while helping define the future of a single, simplified GoDaddy app. This is not a narrow UX role. You will operate across product, UX, UI, and research, owning problems end-to-end and working across the full design lifecycle.

• Experience mentoring designers and contributing to team development.
• Exposure to mobile-first or mobile-only product strategies.
• Experience with content design, microcopy, or AI-generated UX patterns.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional tools like Jira, Loom, and Microsoft tools.
