As a Platinum Banker, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value business clients. Your primary focus will be on outbound activities, including proactive outreach, relationship building, and cross-selling our bank's products and services. You will be a key player in delivering an exceptional banking experience to our business customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business banking or a related industry.
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools for client management and transaction processing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic and a customer-centric approach.
  • Willingness to undergo training and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, meetings, and networking events.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services, including loans, deposits, investment solutions, and more.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to business clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor offerings to enhance your sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure a seamless and efficient customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Business Banking team.
  • Represent Kotak Mahindra Bank professionally and positively in all external interactions.
