Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in MSP (Managed Service Provider) and VMS (Vendor Management System) hiring models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified engineering professionals for contract and full-time roles through MSP programs while meeting client requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles including Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing, Automotive, and Software Engineering positions.
• Work on MSP/VMS platforms.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, account managers, and MSP program coordinators to ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain submission quality and ensure compliance with MSP program requirements.
• Track candidate submissions, interview status, and placements within the VMS system.
• Negotiate pay rates, availability, and contract terms with candidates.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Meet recruitment targets including submission numbers, interviews, and placements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in engineering or technical staffing.
• Hands-on experience working with MSP/VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar systems.
• Experience sourcing engineering talent in industries like automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of engineering job roles and technical terminology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Fortune 500 clients through MSP programs.
Familiarity with ATS systems like JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar tools.
Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
